Centrum Transferu Technologii CITTRU oraz Innocel Sp. z o.o. - Spółka Celowa UJ ogłaszają drugi nabór Wniosków do Konkursu na Minigranty dla badaczy i zespołów z UJ w ramach projektu Science4Business – Nauka dla Biznesu (FENG). Celem proponowanych działań jest podniesienie gotowości technologicznej i/lub biznesowej innowacji z potencjałem komercjalizacji. (English below)
Dla kogo?
- Nabór dotyczy wyłącznie Innowacji, które zostały pozytywnie ocenione na etapie Preselekcji!
- O finansowanie może wystąpić student, doktorant, pracownik UJ lub zespół badawczy (może uwzględniać także osoby spoza UJ), pod warunkiem udziału w zespole twórcy/współtwórcy Innowacji oraz co najmniej jednej osoby zatrudnionej w UJ;
- Wnioski mogą dotyczyć wyłącznie Innowacji zgłoszonych i zarejestrowanych w CTT CITTRU (Formularz Zgłoszenia Wyników), a prawa majątkowe do nich muszą należeć co najmniej w części do UJ;
- Wymagany poziom gotowości do wdrożenia dla Innowacji to co najmniej TRL 2;
- Innowacja dotyczy obszaru tematycznego objętego Krajowymi Inteligentnymi Specjalizacjami 1-12;
- Preferowane są ekoinnowacje realizujące zasady 6R lub prace prowadzone zgodnie z zasadami 6R.
Czego wymagamy?
- Kierownik Minigrantu oraz każdy członek zespołu musi złożyć wszystkie wymagane deklaracje;
- Konieczne będzie zabezpieczenie praw do Innowacji (przeniesienie na UJ praw majątkowych w przypadku osób niebędących pracownikami uczelni);
- Potwierdzenia zgód: dysponenta infrastruktury i opiekuna studenta / doktoranta (jeśli dotyczy).
Co sfinansujemy?
- Prace przedwdrożeniowe podnoszące TRL (gotowość technologiczna) i/lub BRL (gotowość biznesowa), w tym: wynajem infrastruktury, usługi badawcze i doradcze, analizy rynkowe i prawne, niezbędne oprogramowanie i materiały, wynagrodzenia, umowy cywilnoprawne oraz podróże służbowe (do ustalenia z personelem CTT/SC). Zwracamy uwagę na reguły Projektu Science4Business, które nie dopuszczają: (1) zlecania usług innym Partnerom instytucjonalnym Projektu, ani (2) personelowi innych Partnerów oraz (3) finansowania wynagrodzeń osób pełniących w UJ funkcje zarządcze;
- Wysokość dofinansowania: do 200 tys. zł (do 400 tys. zł przy deklaracji założenia spółki), przy czym prefinansowanie pozyskane na etapie Preselekcji obniża odpowiednio maksymalną kwotę wnioskowanego dofinansowania. Zaproponowane we Wnioskach budżety będą negocjowane;
- Nie dopuszczamy finansowania projektów polegających wyłącznie na stworzeniu portalu/aplikacji internetowej.
Jak aplikować?
- Krok 0: upewnij się, że otrzymałeś/otrzymałaś pozytywny wynik z etapu Preselekcji (kryterium dostępowe);
- Krok 1: wypełnij formularz Wniosku, podpisz go podpisem kwalifikowanym lub wydrukuj, podpisz tradycyjnie i zeskanuj (pamiętaj o wszystkich oświadczeniach); oryginały dokumentów zachowaj – musisz doręczyć je do CITTRU przed uruchomieniem Minigrantu;
- Krok 2: przygotuj Prezentację Innowacji (pitch deck) zgodnie z zaleceniami;
- Krok 3: prześlij podpisany formularz i prezentację w formacie .ppt(x) lub .pdf na adres: inkubator.rozwoju@uj.edu.pl. W polu tytułu wiadomości wpisz: „S4B - Wniosek o finansowanie pracy przedwdrożeniowej”.
Terminy
- Nabór ciągły prowadzony będzie do 31.10.2026 r. lub do wyczerpania środków finansowych dostępnych na Konkurs; środki przeznaczone na dofinansowanie Wniosków to: 0,65 mln zł (wyłącznie środki CTT);
- Ocena Wniosków odbywać się będzie po wpłynięciu co najmniej 5 Wniosków, ale nie rzadziej niż raz na kwartał. Przewidywany czas oceny to maks. 30 dni;
- Wyniki Konkursu zostaną opublikowane są na stronie projektu i stronie CTT CITTRU, Wnioskodawcy zostaną także poinformowani o nich drogą e-mailową.
Kryteria oceny
- Ocena formalna: kompletność i prawidłowość wypełnienia Wniosku, złożenie oświadczeń;
- Ocena merytoryczna, z prezentacją wnioskodawcy (Kierownik Minigrantu i Broker Innowacji):
- związek z ekoinnowacją / realizacja zasad 6R – waga: 10%,
- realizowanie wyzwań / potrzeb zdefiniowanych przez partnerów społeczno-gospodarczych – waga: 20%,
- zasadność zaplanowanych prac, w tym harmonogramu i kosztorysu, w kontekście osiągnięcia celu tj. dokonania komercjalizacji oraz w odniesieniu do poziomu gotowości technologicznej / ekonomicznej Innowacji przed i po zakończeniu realizacji działań – waga: 35%,
- doświadczenie członków zespołu we współpracy z otoczeniem społeczno-gospodarczym – waga: 5%,
- zasadność wsparcia Innowacji wynikająca z analizy rynku – waga: 30%.
- Aby uzyskać finansowanie musisz osiągnąć próg przynajmniej 65% punktacji maksymalnej.
- Uwaga! Komitet Inwestycyjny może wezwać Wnioskodawcę na rozmowę / prezentację Innowacji przed jej zatwierdzeniem do finansowania.
Realizacja i rozliczenie
- Czas realizacji Minigrantu: do 12 miesięcy;
- Realizacja Minigrantu odbywa się zgodnie z zaakceptowanym Wnioskiem, a wydatkowanie zgodnie z zasadami FENG, zasadami projektu i wewnętrznymi procedurami UJ/SC;
- Zastrzegamy sobie prawo do reakcji wobec pojawiających się nieprawidłowości w realizacji Minigrantu, w tym ostrzeżeń, wstrzymania i przerwania dofinansowania oraz żądania jego zwrotu;
- Sprawozdanie końcowe należy złożyć w terminie 21 dni od zakończenia realizacji Minigrantu;
- IP powstałe w Minigrancie należy do UJ/SC.

[JU] SECOND CALL FOR APPLICATIONS FOR PRE-IMPLEMENTATION WORK FUNDING (track A - for scientists)
The CITTRU Technology Transfer Centre and Innocel Sp. z o.o. – Special Purpose Vehicle of the Jagiellonian University announce a second Call for Applications for Minigrants for researchers and teams from the Jagiellonian University as part of the Science4Business (EFSE) project. The aim of the proposed activities is to increase the technological and/or business readiness of innovations with commercialisation potential.
Who is for?

Contact and support
- The call for applications applies only to innovations that have been positively evaluated at the pre-selection stage!
- Students, doctoral students, JU employees or research teams (may also include persons from outside the JU), provided that the team includes the creator/co-creator of the innovation and at least one person employed at the JU;
- Applications may only concern Innovations submitted and registered with TTC CITTRU (Results Submission Form), and the property rights to them must belong at least in part to the JU;
- The required level of readiness for implementation for Innovations is at least TRL 2;
- The Innovation must relate to a thematic area covered by National Smart Specialisations (KIS) 1-12;
- Preference is given to eco-innovations implementing the 6R principles or work carried out in accordance with the 6R principles.
What do we require?
- The Minigrant manager and each team member must submit all required declarations;
- It will be necessary to secure the rights to the Innovation (transfer of property rights to the JU in the case of persons who are not JU employees);
- Confirmation of consent: from the administrator of the infrastructure and the student/doctoral student supervisor (if applicable).
- Pre-implementation work to increase TRL (technology readiness level) and/or BRL (business readiness level), including: infrastructure rental, research and consulting services, market and legal analyses, necessary software and materials, salaries, civil law contracts and business trips (to be agreed with TTC/SPV staff). Please note the rules of the Science4Business Project, which do not allow: (1) outsourcing services to other institutional Partners of the Project, or (2) to the staff of other Partners, or (3) financing the salaries of persons performing managerial functions at the JU;
- Amount of funding: up to PLN 200,000 (up to PLN 400,000 if a spin-off company is to be established), with pre-financing obtained at the pre-selection stage reducing the maximum amount of funding requested accordingly. The budgets proposed in the applications will be negotiated;
- We do not allow funding for projects consisting solely of the creation of a website/web application.
How to apply?
- Step 0: ensure that you have received a positive result from the pre-selection stage (eligibility criteria);
- Step 1: complete the Application form, sign it with a qualified electronic signature or print it, sign traditionally and scan it (remember all the declarations); keep the originals of the documents – you must deliver them to the TTC CITTRU before launching the Minigrant;
- Step 2: prepare an Innovation Presentation (pitch deck) in accordance with the recommendations;
- Step 3: mail the signed form and presentation in .ppt(x) or .pdf format to: inkubator.rozwoju@uj.edu.pl. In the subject line, write: "S4B - Application for pre-implementation work".
Deadlines
- Continuous call will be conducted until 31 October 2026 or until the available funding for the Competition is exhausted; the funds allocated for financing the Applications are: PLN 0.65 million (TTC funds only);
- Applications will be evaluated after at least 5 Applications have been submitted, but no less frequently than once per quarter. The expected evaluation time is a maximum of 30 days;
- The results of the Competition will be published on the project website and the CITTRU website. Applicants will also be informed of the results by e-mail.
Evaluation criteria
- Formal assessment: completeness and correctness of the Application, submission of declarations;
- Substantive assessment, with presentation by the Applicant (Minigrant Manager and Innovation Broker):
- connection with eco-innovation / implementation of the 6R principles – weight: 10%,
- implementation of challenges/needs defined by socio-economic partners – weight: 20%,
- justification of the planned work, including the schedule and cost estimate, in the context of achieving the objective, i.e. commercialisation, and in relation to the level of technological readiness / economic readiness of the innovation before and after the completion of the activities– weight: 35%,
- experience of team members in cooperation with the socio-economic environment – weight: 5%,
- the validity of support for the innovation based on market analysis – weight: 30%.
- To obtain funding, you must achieve a threshold of at least 65% of the maximum score.
- Please note! The Investment Committee may invite the Applicant to an interview/presentation of the Innovation before approving it for funding.
Implementation and settlement
- Minigrant implementation period: up to 12 months;
- The implementation of the Minigrant is carried out in accordance with the approved Application, and expenditure is in accordance with the EFSE rules, Project rules and internal procedures of the JU/SPV;
- We reserve the right to respond to any irregularities in the implementation of the Minigrant, including warnings, suspension and termination of funding, and demands for its return;
- The final report must be submitted within 21 days of the completion of the Minigrant;
- The IP created in the Minigrant belongs to the JU/SPV.
